This arrived in two heavy 4 x2 boxes, approximately 35lbs each. I inspected for damage after reading other s reviews. One area was crushed and cardboard torn. Opened box carefully so I could repackage if needed to return. Inside, the crushed area was protected by 3 x2 styrofoam. Desk was undamaged. I used a power drill to start and finished with a screw driver to avoid stripping screw/pre-drilled hole. I love these puzzles and the included instructions were on par with others I ve used. Is this a 500 desk No, but I feel for 150, it s a great value. I have 2, 27 monitors on the floating not attached and moves easily on slippery top when adjusting monitors hutch. Plenty of room for full size computer equipment with tower below. No holes for computer cords so I purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse. I m happy with my new desk.
