JTB: Shipping was a mess

We love the desk and it was very easy to assemble. Low rating because they never managed to ship it correctly. It comes in 2 boxes. First time we got box one of two only. UPS picked up the next day. A week later they shipped box 2 of 2. We kept this box this time and had them resend. The third time we got box one of two again. So we kept both boxes and amazon removed the requirement for me to ship back the 2nd shipment. So, nice desk but a big hassle to get. Hopefully they figure out how to ship it correctly at some point.
