Bad Quality AssuranceDisappointing... for the price... I could have done much better. The chair has issues with the alignment of the back and the slots in the arm. Unstable back due to bad alignment. Quality assurance is certainly lacking. In addition they actually skimped on the padding in the arms. The padding was not evenly distributed leaving one arm noticeably thicker than the other. Bought two with same situation. Also the size is basically too small. I should have paid more attention to the dimensions.
