I didn't pay to have it setup. The delivery guys helped me unbox it, so I could confirm it was in good condition. I was able to slide the backs and sides of the backs in place. Sliding in the back to the base was somewhat of a challenge because you have to line the slots up on each side. I got it done and it reclines wonderfully Beautiful color and good craftsmanship. The footrest could be 1-2 " longer for me, but my foot doesn't hang off. I am just shy of 5'5''.
